Lecture and Seminar 1

Today was my first Management and Information systems lecture, it was quite interesting. Firstly, we were introduced to the Lecturer (Bilal Haider) and then he explained the basic rules of attending his lecture. This was then followed by a thorough look through the Management and Information systems module guide booklet, I found this really helpful as it enabled me to grasp a better and in depth understanding of this module as prior to attending this lecture I had no idea about what it was. Another reason why I found it quite helpful was probably because the lecturer told us about the different exam criteria that was involved in this module and exactly how it was weighted out. Essentially, this was absolutely vital as it really helped me gain a better understanding about the coursework element in our module.
During the seminar, we were introduced to our seminar tutor, Susie who is really nice and we investigated a case study. We then created a blogger account to start our blogs on for this module. Overall, I enjoyed this lecture and the seminar. I am looking forward to exploring this module in greater depth.
